Our policies are here to create clarity, set expectations, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
Processing Times
• All products are handcrafted; therefore, processing times may vary.
• Typical processing is 10 - 12business days, unless otherwise stated or during high-volume seasons (holidays, restocks, preorders, Kickstarter fulfillment).
• You will receive updates as your order progresses.
Shipping
• Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Tracking information is sent automatically once your order is on the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of skincare, fragrance, and bath/body products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
However:
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos and order details.
• We’ll gladly offer a replacement or shop credit depending on the situation.
Cancellations
• Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if your order has not begun processing.
• Once production begins, we cannot cancel or adjust the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
• If you’d like added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout when available.
