Processing Times

All products are handcrafted; therefore, processing times may vary.

Typical processing is 10 - 12business days, unless otherwise stated or during high-volume seasons (holidays, restocks, preorders, Kickstarter fulfillment).

You will receive updates as your order progresses.


Shipping

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order is on the way.


Returns & Exchanges


Because of the nature of skincare, fragrance, and bath/body products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

However:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos and order details.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or shop credit depending on the situation.


Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if your order has not begun processing.

Once production begins, we cannot cancel or adjust the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

If you’d like added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout when available.
