Shelf life varies by product :
- Soaps & Bath products: 6-12 months

- Perfumes : 12+ months

Most orders ship within 7-10 days, during holidays or high-volume launches, processing times may extended slightly-but we always work as quickly as possible to get your order to you.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
